MEET ROULETTE

As the VP of the Royal Harlots MC, I don’t get to unravel,
That is a weakness none of us can afford.

The Duchess and I both knew that living this life wouldn’t be easy.

We both came from this world, and we loved every second of it,

Even if it means sometimes giving up our souls

To defend what is ours.

And this was going to be one of those times…

I’ve seen what love does to women like us,

And I swore I’d never fall for a man who could ruin me.

That is, until he came back.

The man I once loved.

The man who vanished without a word.

The man who left me bleeding in a warehouse with a bullet in my side.

Now he’s returned and he’s watching us like a hawk.

Helping when he shouldn’t.

Touching me like he never left.

He claims to be an ally, but I know better.

He’s stabbed me in the back before and I wasn’t going to let it happen again.

Putting a bullet in his head would be too easy,

So I’ll keep him close, use him, and make him regret ever coming back.
